How to make a greeting card

First get your supplies for this craft you will need: 

  • 1 paper 

  • Something to draw with

  • And something to color with.


Making your card

After you get your supplies you can begin. For the first step, get

 your paper and fold it. Then take your drawing tool and make

 designs and decorations on the front and back if you want. 

If you made designs you can color them in but you don’t have 

to.


Filling it out

For the final step, open your card and write your message if 

you need a starter. Here are two: dear_____ or hello_____.

       On Friday after the power went out, making our whole neighborhood suddenly dark, my parents decided to go to their  work to get internet. Having nothing better to do other than read but it was too dark I decided to listen to music and  an audiobook, while looking out of the window with my only source of light being a small flashlight. My expirence at the Whitewater Center Rock Ride Paddle camp

  The Whitewater camp called Rock, Ride, Paddle is a one week long camp in which you do various activities throughout the week. Some of the activities include whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. There are other camps like Adventure camp but they are not focused on certain activities. Below are the activities we did and how each of them were. Whitewater Kayaking Whitewater kayaking is when you ride rapids and learn how to control a kayak. The first thing you learn is  how to put on the gear and after that you learn how to wet exit if you flip over. After that you get in the  water and practice. We were supposed to kayak for around 2 hrs per day but the first day that we were  supposed to kayak they were testing the water and didn't want people in the water. day1

We made it to the airport, and things started off a little stressful. One person in our group didn’t show up on time, which made us worry about missing the flight. Luckily, I had a bit of good luck at TSA, since I passed through security on the first try something I hadn’t done in a while. Since our flight was delayed, we had extra time to grab a bite to eat at the airport. I picked yogurt and fruit at this sit down restaurant near the gate, which was light but kept me full for the trip. Once we finished eating, we boarded our flight to New York. The flight was only about an hour and a half, so it went by pretty quickly. After we landed in New York, things got a little hectic again. We almost missed our connecting flight to London Heathrow, and we had to rush to the gate. We got there just as they were about to close the boarding doors, but since we had a group of seven, they were kind enough to wait a bit for us.
